All progress abruptly lost

Fortunately I havent spent any real money on this game, because when I started it up today, it launched directly into the tutorial & started treating me like a new player. I hadnt progressed that far, but what progress I have made is now gone. Too bad, because I had been enjoying the game thus far. Do NOT spend any cash on this game, as your progress may be lost at any moment!
