Pacific Rim: Breach Wars Game App Reviews

While I enjoy the game when it works as intended, I have a ton of issues with this game loading properly. Using an iPhone 6S Plus and it’s as updated as it could be. The game play is simple enough and I enjoy it. The game repeatedly doesn’t load all the game assets. I’ll try and open an in game tab, menu, or selection and I won’t see all the art assets or selections. Additionally, there are time where I will enter an activity but the game will not let me start playing as it says I haven’t killed the boss from the previous activity. So I’ll have to close the game and reload again to get that activity to work correctly. Buggiest game I have ever downloaded.

Crap game , the mechanics need a massive over Hall , in a day I made great progress in a week made very little , must spend money , how many times can I get a guy to critical and 8 moves later he is still standing

Coolest robots and battle scenes.

Great game in every aspect but one. Your bots have a ridiculously long self repair time. So long that at higher levels I doubt you get to play it more than once every couple of days unless you have repair kits. Which...drum roll...cost money!! Lol.

Pacific rim has been my favorite franchise of all time, so its pretty much expected for me to download this game. Its a pretty good game, except for the fact that after I got pretty far into the game, it reset me FOR NO REASON!!! Can you restore my progress?

Update: After spending more money the game crashes and reset itself again and two days later I’m still waiting for support team to get back to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GaME!!! Everytime I spend a few dollars on this game it crashes. The first time, I lost all progress and hadto wait 3 days for support to restore my account because “inconsistent WiFi connection” caused the app to reset itself. Just bought the daily package and did not receive the bonus it offered. Now it says all my main characters cannot be used because of an error, which then said they are stuck in an invasion, which would be fine if they actually were because I could cancel out of the invasion, but they aren’t and I didn’t enter them in one, and so now they are useless for the 1-few days until support gets back to me again. Customer support has been helpful, but I give the lowest rating to an app you need to contact support to fix problems literally everytime you play. Requesting refunds but I’m doubtful because that’s not how these app companies make money.

How can the developers claim this is a puzzle game? it’s not. literally, the gameplay is based around connecting three, which can be a puzzle, but not if the three you are supposed to connect pulsate and clearly show that they are the ones that need to be connected. like literally this is not a puzzle game. it’s hardly even a connect three game because the point of connect three games is to have to find the three that need to be connected, not be shown them by the game. not to mention that it looks like if you play for a while you will be in for some IAP’s with the “repair kits” which I imagine you will run out of and have to buy more in order to repair your characters. it’s just really not very good at all. I guess if you are like 4 years old you might enjoy it but that’s only if you are a 4 year old who wants to watch something and not play a game. also, the beginning when you are just bombarded with tutorials and literally you are just mindlessly tapping through and following the many directions you are being given by the game is really not enjoyable at all, but it matches the rest of game I guess because this game is not enjoyable at all, throughout the part I was able to play through before uninstalling it for good. well done on making apples, “new games we love,” and proving how terrible apples choice in games is.

Dear, devs Its a great game (and also serves as my archive for all the Jaegers) i love the combat system, the weekly events and just about every broad aspect of this game Glitches are a problem I do understand that this game is new and unavoidably has glitches I’m just here to tell you that the domination systems needs a check up Sincerely, kirxk

This game is fun, but it’s hard to get new and good jaegers

Crashes like every 10 mins, sometimes cant load on the iPad but loads on iPhone or Samsung phone just fine. But I want to play on a bigger screen. When the power bar is down that should be the end of the match. iPad bugs like crazy! Dont waste your time on this game! Till they fix the bugs! Good idea, bad performance!

Overall good game but it needs to have bugs fixed there are times when it won’t connect, there are times it won’t let me connect to an op it says it’s locked that I have to pass normal to play hard but it was the event that uses the 1 free jump jet which I subsequently lost out on cuz it still charged me the jump but still kept saying it’s locked

Wow the curve of the pay to play on this gets $teep fast. I’m a huge fan of the Movie (can’t wait to see the new one!) Not worth even $1 in app purchases. If anyone is scratching their head through the somewhat fast pay to play tutorial. Click on the health to ⚡️ to repair.

The game is awesome

The game itself is fine, I love this game to bits. The animations can vary between jaegers and kaiju and so far it doesn’t feel like I’m being forced to buy anything. The downside is that you might be in the middle of a fight and game will randomly crash. And to put salt on the wound, you get a disqualification penalty even though the game crashed. This game has many things that it can do and leaves for a lot of potential, but I ask that if the game does crash, can’t it just restart the level without the jaeger being depleted of health? I do hope that this gets fixed in the future as I really want this game to start growing.

Nice game but could you make a fighting game with the same Pacific Rim characters and kujis (don’t care if i did not spell it right) but take out the matching part I think that would get a lot of downloads because there used to be a game like that but it does not work with iOS 11? so could you make a game like that plz.

Ignore the 5 star reviews, they’re not giving you an honest look at the game. It’s a cash grab. It starts off easy but quickly becomes ridiculously grindy. They hit you with a wall that’ll take months to get over unless you pay. They limit the events to playing them once or twice only, unless you pay. They limit how many times you can play shard stages to 3 times a day, and with the loot rng(you have to match loot gems, which are rare) that translates to literal months of grinding just to rank a jaeger up. Plus it’s buggy as hell. Textures and menus disappear. Dominate doesn’t work sometimes. Models also clip when they shouldn’t. I love Pacific Rim, but this isn’t the game it deserves. Avoid it
